About Adam

I’m Adam, the founder of Ridge Wade Design + Build. With nearly two decades of experience as a realtor, I’ve been helping people find their place in this incredible region since 2005. Along the way, I discovered a passion for taking outdated or neglected homes and completely transforming them into spaces that are not only functional but beautiful. My background in product design as the founder of Bellyak sharpened my eye for detail and creativity, which I now apply to every home I reimagine.

At Ridge Wade Design + Build, we’re all about top-to-bottom transformations. Every home we sell tells a story, and our goal is to make that story shine through thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail. We’re not just flipping houses—we’re creating homes that stand apart in value, design, and livability.

I live in Brevard, NC, with my family, and the natural beauty of this area inspires much of what I do. Outside of work, I’m an avid fiddle player, performing with bluegrass and western swing bands around the region. I’m also a pioneer in mountain unicycling, with first descents on all the major trails in Pisgah National Forest.
